Business Tip: A marketing plan - with time allocated in your diary - is more likely to get results than a 'when I have time' approach!

I was born in Central Middlesex Hospital and grew up in Ealing, West London in a Polish family, people who had fought through and survived WW2 in Poland.i’ve always been drawn to guitars and my dad bought me one at age 13. I joined The VIP’s at Warwick University in 1977 and we had a hit single and toured the UK extensively, with Madness, Dexy’s etc. Now a new single with my band Tranquilizers. Believe on the value of what you do and what it gives your community and customers. Work hard but dont burn out; discuss strategies to out sims in a grounded focus. Try to enjoy the energy you put into it. Keep learning but be fare to yourself. Always treat others kindly and keep fit.
