Charlotte Toller is a third-year journalism student at the University of Roehampton in West London. She lives in Orpington and already has impressive real-world experience alongside her studies. Artificial Intelligence – Threat or Tool?
 
We discussed whether AI is something that will replace jobs, particularly in media and journalism, or whether it is actually a tool that businesses and media professionals can use to improve productivity, creativity and efficiency.
 
The conclusion was clear — AI is a tool, not a replacement for human personality, creativity, relationships and storytelling. Businesses that learn how to use AI alongside their skills will have a real advantage.

Despite the digital world, print magazines and newspapers are still circulating and are still widely considered the most trusted form of journalism.
