Karen Puttick – Clinical Hypnotherapist & Change Facilitator
Karen Puttick is a clinical hypnotherapist and change facilitator based in Amersham, Buckinghamshire. With nearly 50 years of experience in self-directed wellness—starting when her father taught her self-hypnosis—Karen has developed a diverse toolkit, blending scientific, evidence-based techniques with the esoteric. She works with a broad range of clients, guiding them toward transformation and well-being.

Natasha Adams – Award-Winning Director & Producer
Natasha Adams is a writer, director, and producer, best known for her drama series Growin’ Pains, which is currently streaming on Amazon Prime. Since completing the fourth season, she has expanded her portfolio by directing and producing critically acclaimed short films, including:
- Infatuation – Available on Amazon Prime.
- Time to Collect – Starring comedian Judi Love, funded by the National Lottery, and a finalist at the LA Independent Film Festival and the BAFTA-qualifying British Urban Film Festival.
Natasha has also shadow-directed on EastEnders and Hollyoaks as an Assistant Director, building a strong reputation in the industry.
