Fiona is a Menopause Doula and founder of The Menopause School. She’s a dedicated menstrual health educator and mentor, working one-to-one with individuals and training holistic therapists to have confident, empowered conversations around women's health.
She’s also busy working at grassroots level, creating community-led strategies that raise awareness and dismantle taboos. If you've ever felt unsure or alone on your hormonal journey, Fiona brings the guidance and care we all wish we had.
Dr Patsy Rogers – GP & Women’s Health Champion
With 17 years' experience as a GP, Dr Patsy Rogers brings a wealth of medical expertise and a deep compassion for women’s health. She's all about creating safe, open spaces where women can talk about even the most sensitive symptoms without embarrassment.
Patsy believes no symptom is too small, awkward, or weird to address. Her calm, holistic approach ensures women get the support and treatment they deserve – not just the bare minimum.
Siobhán Barry – Storyteller, Nurse, and Community Voice
From anaesthetic nurse to gemmologist, to scriptwriter and radio host — Siobhán has done it all! Her passion lies in telling stories that matter, shining a light on health, lifestyle, and the powerful journeys of women.
She’s deeply committed to community, regularly volunteering and using her platforms to educate, uplift, and connect women across generations. She’s warm, wise, and wonderfully witty.
